Terms of Service

Last Updated: February 15, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Logmedo web application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. Logmedo LLC ("Company", "we", "us") reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Description of Service

Logmedo provides a cloud-based database and project management platform. The Service is provided on a "Software as a Service" (SaaS) basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Accounts and Security

To use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

3.1 Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Logmedo offers optional MFA via Email and TOTP (Time-based One-Time Password) applications. By enabling MFA, you accept sole responsibility for maintaining access to your primary authentication device or email account. You are provided with one-time-use recovery codes during setup; it is your responsibility to store these in a secure, offline location. Loss of both your MFA device and recovery codes may result in the permanent loss of account access. Logmedo LLC is not liable for data loss resulting from your failure to secure these credentials.

3.2 Persistent Sessions

Our Service uses long-lived authentication tokens (up to 30 days) to provide a seamless experience on web and mobile applications (iOS and Android). You are responsible for the physical security of any device where you remain logged into Logmedo. You must log out of public or shared devices to terminate active sessions and prevent unauthorized access.

3.3 Activity Monitoring

You are provided with an "Account Activity" dashboard that displays login history, device data, and approximate locations derived from your IP address. This dashboard also specifies the authentication method used (e.g., "Initial" verification vs "Persistent" token). You agree to review this log regularly and notify us immediately of any unauthorized activity. This feature includes GeoLite2 Data created by MaxMind, available from https://www.maxmind.com.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Logmedo LLC will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4. User Content and Data

You retain all rights to the data you upload to Logmedo ("User Content"). However, by using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, and display your User Content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Logmedo LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, resulting from:

Our infrastructure is hosted on third-party providers (Google Cloud Platform). We are not liable for downtime or data loss caused by third-party provider failures.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Wyoming, United States.

7. Global Trade Compliance

You agree that you are not located in a country subject to U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited parties.
